Content Manager Problem

Hello, I'm having a slight problem with Content Manager. Today when i went to download a CDP it asked me what program to open it with. I'm stuck on what program to use for Content Manager. I choose Content Manager as a program and nothing happens. What program should be used to open CDPs. If anybody could help it would be greatly appreciated.

You can not open a cdp. Start content manager then use import cdp which is under the file menu.

The advice given above is not strictly correct. CDP files can be opened from the desktop, either my manually finding and selecting Content Manager in the Open With box, or using my Trainz Protocol Changer tool - details are in my Trainz Technical and Operational Tips and Tricks blog, which is on the Blogs page.
