Any help would be appreciated. I have used content manager with success in th UK using TS2009. I have now moved to Spain and changed my internet provider. Now, when I try to use conten manager everything works fine until I click start on the download menu. My user name is recognised as well as my first class ticket. New uploads are registered and thumbnails show content. I can select an item to download and CM finds the content, and sometimes as far as showing dependancys. I click on Start and the download stalls after a few kbs are downloaded. The start changes to stop. If I click on start again the asset is highlighted in red and the error message "Unknown content error" appears. I have reset my password with planet Auran, tried different options in the internet settings menu and tried rebuilding database options. I still get the same error. Any thoughts please?:'(
