I guess none of you read Zec's announcement on the 25th?
Unfortunately due to a server issue access to download some DLC packs (particularly newer DLC packs), and the TCCP website itself, is currently offline.
TRS22 Build 117092 I was set to do my weekly downloading - but the content manager has not updated since 22 May. I have to open from start to get daily updates, but nothing for several days (and there have been plenty of uploads). I have done a Data Rebuild - closed everything down and opened again - still nothing since 22 May. Is this a peculiar problem? Haven't seen any other posts about it Is there a way around this problem? Any help will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks Cheers Nick
Hopefully N3V will get it sorted.
Cheers, Mac...
So it safe to say I can delete thumbnails and what about the internet folder can I also delete them?
I am unsure about the context of that post. The thumbnails being discussed here are those that are shown in the preview window when you double-click on an asset in Content Manager. This appears to be a problem at the N3V server end, not at the user end because it is now happening on Trainz builds that have not changed for months.
The only way you can delete thumbnails is by opening up an asset in Explorer and deleting the thumbnail file, which may not be called thumbnail.jpg. That will immediately generate an error message for the asset when it is submitted (put back into the Trainz database) and turn it into a faulty asset.
From my exploration, some thumbnails are working, others are not.
