CONTENT MANAGER NOT UPDATING

TRS22 Build 117092

I was set to do my weekly downloading - but the content manager has not updated since 22 May.
I have to open from start to get daily updates, but nothing for several days (and there have been plenty of uploads).

I have done a Data Rebuild - closed everything down and opened again - still nothing since 22 May.

Is this a peculiar problem? Haven't seen any other posts about it

Is there a way around this problem?

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

How are you determining if updates are available?

I use an Update Filter that I have saved to identify any available updates. Details at https://online.ts2009.com/mediaWiki...ager_to_Update_Assets#Set_Up_An_Update_Filter

Plus updates are not predictable when they will arrive. It is not unusual for several weeks to pass without any updates. With the release of TRS22 in the next week (???) many creators may be holding off on releasing asset updates.

Well, Nick is correct. content manager is NOT updating sins early this week. and yes there are updates if you look at the website/downloads.

I have fhe following dates for new uploads in CM (Filter: Download Station, sorted by: Upload Date):
TRS19: May 24
TRS(plus)22: May 22

Sorry for the confusion.
Each day around 1015 (Brisbane time) the Content Manager updates with the day's Downloads - that's the update I'm talking about.

If it was a universal problem I think others would be aware of it. Somehow it seems to be peculiar to me - so I'll try some other things.

It was asset updates listed and downloaded through CM that I was referring to. An understandable point of confusion - there are asset updates, DLC updates, SP updates.

No update since the 25 in the UK on latest build but it is updated on a previous build of TRS22.

The DLS White pages have some updates, you may d/l via the Trainz Utility, from the developer menu:

installfromdls <KUID>

Sorry for my English, it is not my native language.

Normally every day when I open the content organizer (Tane and 2019) I put the DLS filter, on May 27 and today May 28, there is no new content uploaded to the DLS.
There is an issue with updates to new content uploaded to the DLS not showing up in the content organizer.
It stays as the last day of new content shown in the content organizer, the last date of the day we open the game.
Example:
<KUID2:439337:108923:1> uploaded to the DLS according to the white pages on May 27, 2022, I search for it with the 2019 content organizer and I get the result: unknown asset.
The white pages show what's new uploaded to the DLS but the content organizer lags behind the last time we used the content organizer.

Another example:
I have uploaded to the DLS dated May 26 the following content, verified that it is with the white pages of the DLS:

On another computer with Tane and 2019 unopened for several days and looking for my new content in the DLS, it tells me that those kuids are unknown content.

I haven't seen an update from N3V that they have fixed the server issue yet. Perhaps it is also effecting download station too.

Unfortunately due to a server issue access to download some DLC packs (particularly newer DLC packs), and the TCCP website itself, is currently offline.

Our team are working on this, however it may take a day or so to bring it back online. We will post a reply to this announcement when the issue is resolved.

I can concur with micke. Content manager download station is stuck at 25th May. No new uploaded content since that date.

I've had the same issue as well. The last date for new content is May 24.

I noticed the same as well. It looks like the DLS server needs a kick to wake up the squirrels again.

Nothing in CM for me on DLS, later than 18th May.

Latest on the web site is 27th.
