Content Manager Has Stopped Working

I was installing several pieces of content at once. I know I shouldn't have, but I was. Whilst in the middle of installing something, I got an error saying "Content Manager has stopped working". Now whenever I try to launch CM, I get this error. I am running a DB repair as I type. Did I just break my Content Manager? I'm using Windows 8.

I've done the same. It's CM at its best. :hehe:

Seriously though I've learned the hard way too. Don't do too much at once otherwise you'll get in trouble.

Good luck,

John

Thanks John, but what I'm asking is how can I fix it? I can't launch CM to delete whatever made it mess up. Will the Database Repair fix it?

BUMP: I rebooted my PC, and I'm still getting the "Stopped working" error whenever I try to launch Content Manager 3.6. Any help will be appreciated.

EDIT: I ran TrainzDiag, and it showed OpenGL as being "untestable*, even though it worked fine earlier today.

Another edit: Things appear to be working for now.

If it's reporting 'Unable to test' for OpenGL, this means that your graphics card is at fault here. It's either one that doesn't properly support OpenGL (like the older Intel chipsets) or one where the drivers are corrupt.
