Content Manager Difficulties

I have recently regestered my Trainz Classics and I wish to add on to it but according to the Content Manager (Plus) I have not yet regestered it, but Planet Auran says I have and I belive Planet Auran. Unless you have to activate a card, the thing there is I already have a card active and I don't want to activate the card until the current one expires (3 days) so what should I do?

Have you checked that CMP has the correct username and password entered into it? This can be found in the internet page of the settings box.
