Mark, if you mean the Content Manager look at the TS 12 Manual funished with Trainz Simulator 12, section 14, Pages 198-220. If you mean creating content, see other replies or search the forum for 'content' or CCG, Content Creater's guide.

LOL, a search for "Content Creater's guide" returns only this thread, searching for CCG returns nothing. :hehe:
