Does anyone have a copy of a 'Content Creation Art Disc', that they wouldn't mind either loaning or selling me a copy of.I understand that the particular piece of software was created for 2004/2006 devo's only. Any help with regard to obtaining a copy would be appreciated.

You guys know that this is along the same lines as redistributing someone's locomotives or releasing unauthorized reskins without permission........ Just because it is dated material and Auran doesn't sell it doesn't mean that it is fair game to redistribute.

I'd actually like to get my hands on them myself to play with some of the stuff that is on them; too bad we don't still have a legitimate means of getting them.

And here's another thread I've gotten myself into before the lock gets put onto it. Woo hoo!!! :hehe:

Ask N3V if there is a legitimate way for you to get the disks. The licencing conditions are pretty watertight.

The best way of doing that is probably going to be via the Helpdesk (possibly with a link to this thread)

I know that the original poster (Ross) has already approached NV3 recently, without success. He's quite willing to purchase a legit copy of the disks, if he can. Any idea's as to where he may be able to obtain them???
NV3 obviously don't have any "OLD STOCK" lying around and don't seem to know where any disks can be obtained from, or they just don't seem to be interested in something so old...

Personally, I don't see any real problem in someone who has the original disks, (that they purchased from Auran 8/9 years ago), on-selling them to someone else in the Trainz community. Especially after so much time has lapsed and the disks now being surplus to the original purchaser's needs... (yes, I'm fully a where about copyright & licensing, etc, etc, but hey, where do you draw the line)???

Can you think of any other way he can get a "legit copy" of the disks???

"PM" Ross if anyone has a solution to his plight!!! ;)

Cheers, Mac...

If anyone can get me permission from N23V to provide the service, I will put the disk contents up for controlled download. The licence prohibits on-selling, copying and lending so that nothing is going to happen without explicit written permission.
