contant manager not working

Hi I went to contant manager this morning to try and download and got this message . Unable to contact planet auran, please check your internet connection, and firewall settings. My internet settings and firewall are working fine, so the fault must be with auran, has anybody had the same problem, and can anybody help. Thank you.

Pretty standard error message.
Try reseting the filters and your username/password in CMP.

Mine kept logging me off and telling me that the user was unknown all day yesterday. I haven't tried it yet today.
