Because I tried downloading it from here

and I got an error that said no file when I tried to download it

The asset User KUID is assigned to user "American_Connections", who last posted in the forum about three weeks ago. You might send him a PM and advise him of the broken link. Failing that, I have seen other container chassis models in the community, including, if I remember correctly, on the DLS. Given that the asset you posted the link to is supposed to be for TRS 2004, you might want to consider one of the others.
