contacts and iportals

since im new at this the more i play, the more probs i run into, so i mine as well just make a short list of the questions\problems i hav and see what ppl can say to help

• Contacts list says im offline when i am logged in with the options login
• iportal tunnels? how do they work and how do i set up?
• can the iportals tunnels and stuff go to other ppl's routes\portals?
• how do i create buildings? i know how to get to it but what do i do?
• is the trainz exchange website down for matinence or is my comp screwed up?

well thats all the questions i hav at the moment

Assuming that they have the iPortals on their routes as well as the same rolling stock/locos/etc installed then yes it should work.

Check the always online box in TRS2006 options

Yes. refer to page 232 online manul

You will need a 3D program to create your own buildings. G-max seems to be a good free one.

TE is not down for maintenance, but it is being obsoleted, and has not been updated in months.
