Configuring industries.

What's the big secret?

I change the values in Surveyor to what I want but when I go into Driver the industry says, "No Product Configured"

I could really use some help here, guys before I screw up some one else's work or violate their copyrights.

I can't even find tutorials on this stuff.

I could use a little help, please.

Welcome to the world of interactive industries and freight cars.

Some time ago I did an illustrated tutorial on configuring the industries and cars. Mouse click and take the free download option:

https://www.rapidshare.com/files/438627468/LARS_ProtoLARS_MIN_Tutorial.pdf

If you search youtube with my name, "philskene", you will also find some helpful videos.

Tell me if any of this helps,

Phil

Phil,

I did find one of your youtubes video but it was too fuzzy to read and the sound file was all but absent. Also, the link above leads me to a "RapidShare" webpage. is that where I want to go?

I also found a tutorial on N3V games but it's ts2009 and shows a different Properties page than I get. Mine does not have the Queues, Tracks, Processes, and Products tabs. I' been editing all that in CM. I'm not too comfortable doing it that way. Too many failures already.

Set the industries when in surveyor. Don't use cm.
If you want to look at phil's pdf tutorial open the link and select download (in the middle of screen).

Yes. The download is on RapidShare. Do make sure you take the free download.

The videos should be watched full screen and in HD, either 720p or 1024p. Then they should be crystal clear. The sound should also be OK - though, of course, it's the visuals that you need to see, not the sound.

RapidShare is possibly the oldest and certainly the most reputable of hosting sites. It's universally recognised as being "safe".

Sorry if it does not fit here. I have loaded me today in T:ANE. Thanks to Philskene for Configuring Multiple Industry New, AI switching demonstration. I find such tutorials very helpful. If I may express a wish, it would be nice if something like that could be in the type created for the Turntable in conjunction with the Move Table command times
