commercial strip buildings

Hello, I'm looking for some commercial strip buildings for my north east ohio route, parts of the route have buildings such as the ones below, I'm unsure exactly what there use is, some have garage doors others don't, but I need to find some. Any help is appreciated. Example photos below

I'm in the process of making my wall splines with matching walls and commercial doors and windows, very similar to the photos above.
