Code lamps on SR DRummond 700 class not lighting up

I have just downloaded <kuid:44090:1322> SR Drummond 700 Class loco 30692 (BR Black, weathered) by author paulhobbs and note that the code lamps on the tender light up but the ones on the loco do not. Similar lamps on other locos by the same author do light up, e.g. the LMS Cauliflower from PLL,

This is a superb loco that I would like to get working, so any help much appreciated.
