coal loader not working at Hatfield and Thorne colliery loaders

I have tried unsuccesfully to load consists at the hatfield and thorne coal loaders,each time only one wagon is filled then the train goes through the motions of loading (stopping then moving one wagons length) unfortunately the coal supply seems to have stopped. any suggestions pls ?

Have you checked the loader's initial load quanity verses the capacity of the hoppers and the loaders reload rate?
