I can't seem to find a way to search Download Station for the Type MISC listed in the left column of Content Manager?
Nothing in the main list of search-able items or the child lists.

Only way I can see is to scroll down until you find a misc in the left hand column, then click the type heading at the top, that will then group everything in the same types, not ideal but at least then they are all in the same place!

Category searches rarely work unless you've already downloaded the items, which kind of reduces their usefulness (they're still useful for separating out installed content into categories of course).
Anyway, the 'misc' type in the left column corresponds to basically all categories other than those that have specific icons, so category:consist are listed as 'Misc', as are category:Fixed Track.
I just had a quick look through the categories, and those are the one two that I can see that correspond to 'Misc', so you could create a search that is 'Category:Consist (OR) Category:Fixed Track' and that should list all 'Misc' items.
But feel free to double check the list for any other items that show as 'Misc', as it's possible I missed some.
