Actually the CN SD75Is have the Nathan K3L.

It depends most of them are k3has that fouled and sound more like k3ls

They all come standard with the K3Ls, as Canadian locomotives use to come standard with either a K3H or K3L type horn. The K3HA was the American variant of the horn which was featured on American locomotives.
