CMP reached 100 meg limit, how do I get remaining assets?

Cmp ground away until the 100 meg limit was reached and switched itself off. Over half the assets for Surfside trams is still to be downloaded, but when I came back today, I have another 100 meg but the remaining assets are not shown in Download helper. It reads "Idle There are no items to display" The manual and help file say "click Start to continue, but Start is faded out. The downloaded assets appear on the right side okay, but that's it. Help appreciated.

Do you have a First Class Ticket? If you do not, then I highly recommend that you look into it. They cost about $10 a year USD.

If you do have one and it's newly purchased, make sure you enable it in your Planet Auran profile. In CMP, you might need to retype your login information. By re-entering in your login information, this will tell CMP to look at the updated profile this way it knows that it's okay to download more than 100 MB per day.

Thanks John, Nothing was of much help however. I'll purchase a F/C ticket if and when I begin making a lot of downloads. I had no idea the route was going to blow out to a massive 200 meg. I don't begrudge the $10, but I'd like to learn to crawl first. This my first D/L under the new system because I've been out of it for a couple of years.

I think I found the problem. I eventually found a listing in the "Missing Identities" tag, clicked on it and the missing (awaiting download) assets found thei way back to the list on the left. This isn't quite what the manual and help files said about resuming, but I'll read it all again to see where I was lead astray.

That 100 meg is per day. The next day you should have 100 meg available again to download. Th FCT allows unlimited downloading per day.
