I go to download cart and it brings up my CMP but it does not pick up my ticket or any of my content can some one plz help me also it says it can not register my url and i am running windows 7 and just purchased a 1 yr. subscription :'(

same here, I'm running IE7 and have made a total exception throught the firewall but still get no joy, i've paid for a subscription which expires in May 2010 but have been limited to 100mb a day for almost two weeks now. I have tried the advice of f7'ing the content manager and clearing the log on and password detail, pressing enter then restarting the pc and inputting the information afresh but still no change so any ideas would be good here too also
