Once again I am being told that I am not a valid customer. As some suggested, they should change the red banner to "System Broken".
They can't even keep a database up. I bet it is heavily patched because they can't afford a newer product. Wonder who the poor Aussie is who
gets dragged from bed to reset this stuff?
