Cloning a Baseboard

I believe it is possible to clone the textures of a whole baseboard, or a selected part of it. but I have never discovered how to do it!
Could someone please enlighten me?
I am using TRS2004.

I think it is in the same tab as the camera ones. Look for the button with a square on it. click this then drag a box around the area of the baseboard you want to copy. Click the next button to it and you should see the area you copied outlined under the cursor. Move to where you want to place it then left click and it will appear on the baseboard. Do a small section first to try it out, you can also rotate the copied area. Not near the game at the moment to give more info.
