Chump file damaged or in wrong format

I keep downloading two files:
<kuid:443300:26041301>
<kuid:443300:25101201>



And their config files keep being downloaded as chump files. How do I fix these?

What are they and where are they being downloaded from? I couldn't find any reference to them apart from a notorious Russian site (which hosts one of my WIP routes, hacked and stolen from storage at Victrainz)
I suspect it is because the files were built-in or payware as that is usually where .chump files are used. I am pretty sure they can't be fixed.

The chump files are the compressed assets. If you are seeing .chump files when downloading check for errors. There's an issue with .fbx files included with the assets causing the assets to not decompress properly.

Open the asset for editing in File Explorer. If there are any .fbx files, delete them.
