Thanks for reading. Nvidia drivers updated and now I get a choppy movement. Not a fast chop, but like a chop every second. Anyone know a cure.. or a reason..lol
thanks.. I just tried to do that but it wont let me roll back that driver.. I am using windows 8 and it sucks..hahaha oh, no, I did not have this problem with the old driver.. figures
Ok, last night I opened surveyor and it was choppy and then crashed. I went on again this morning and it was choppy, really choppy. I hit the side arrow and it lagged maybe a second or two before the screen moved to the right. I went to another part of the payout, and it works fine. what caused this area to become bad?
There are tweaking guides for the video cards, both NVidia and AMD (ATI) with explanations on the various settings. I've done the one for NVidia and have had some good results.
Try Shane's method. Uninstall the driver, but do not do an automatic update if Windows prompts you for it. Instead ignore the message or press cancel if it tries to download the drivers.
Go to the C:\NVidia folder and run the setup from the older version that is located in there.
This has been an issue with NVidia drivers it seems I'm running the latest one which is fine for my video card, but may not work for yours even though it is meant for it. Two drivers ago and it was terrible for everyone. People even went back to the earliest releases they could get for their video cards and had better results.
hi, after I shutdown the computer, and restarted it the roll back button was lit. I rolled back and now it seems to work fine.. what a pain in the ass..lol
