Chicago trainz?

I heard there was a website that had Chicago trains content for Trainz. This is the link-

Passenger Content Creation, the host group is now closed and so is the Chicago Group. There sadly seems to be very little interest in Chicago Trainz. The only group out there making stuff (and I hesitate to call it a "group" it's only 2 people right now). Their site is here: http://chicagoel.webs.com/
