Okay, I am sorry but, first off. Please attempt to use proper grammar here. This is a forum, not an instant message area. Second, the hiphop is just really annoying. (And no I am not old, I just don't like it, and even if I did, I wouldn't want it blaring on a website against my will.) Third, the background is really kinda cheesy, especially because it is an 09 boxart, and on the site it says that Classics is the latest.

Also the part about you not being disturbinthepeace, along with the bad grammar, shady, "behind this curtain" sign up to see website, and fake ticker counter, makes me think that you actually are him. If not, I don't care, I am just saying that you fit the bill.

Also, having to log in to even SEE what is available is NOT user friendly, and quite frankly suspicious. For all that we know, it could be other peoples content, or the New Haven line for Classics under a different name, in your downloads section. We all know that we have seen that before from someone who might or might not be you for all I know or care.

By the way, I am sorry if I am skeptical about the disturbinthepeace thing. If you aren't him, then blame him for the stigma associated with mysterious people who have bad grammar and such, and change to be a better user here. By the way, I wouldn't have even thought of Disturbinthepeace if it wasn't for that thing on your website.

That's the type of music that I like man. It's not about how many views but the fact that i have been advertising my trainz website with a friend who works in google , thats why i have so many views,(actually, um I have no idea what you are trying to say here, sorry. What does that have to do with people going to your site? Trainz is a very select community. Just saying)

The music was not my idea.

But the comment that I made about that guy came from the heart.(please let me know what guy you are talking about. That guy is not that specific. Unless you are talking about the Excel Saga Character, but in that case I prefer that Gomez.) He was trying to shut me down.(really? I missed the posts, but it just looks like someone accused you of being DTP) You know, by trying to pick on the new guy. Come on it wasn't fair. :'( (Yeah, well there are alot of things that aren't fair. It happens. Either rise above it, or grovel for pity.)

If you want, you can help me continue trying to make a good website. (I can give you constructive criticism and the like, but web design isn't exactly my bag.)

Andre, I think you really need to take a deep breath and maybe even sleep on this overnight.

Your comment about a friend at Google is outrageous. You site is not even listed with Google, so how could 341,800 people be directed to it in just one day? I doubt that all the Trainz sites combined would attract that many visitors in a week, so how do you expect us to believe that your friend could (or would) send all that traffic to you? Why don't you just accept that your traffic counter is wrong and fix it when you get a moment, rather than grabbing at the first excuse that passes through you head? There's no crime in traffic counters being wrong. I just suggested that you alter it for your own good, but you want to make an issue of it.

Um... yeah. I was just checking out the website, and was looking for more things to give you tips on, when I saw these comments. I am kinda confused about them.

RugRat beat me to it, but to find out if you're listed (indexed) just enter your URL minus the http:// and .com as per his example. Try mine: trainzresources and you'll see that my site is fact indexed.

Google has a very strict policy about site indexing and even your friend wouldn't be able to bypass it. They won't list sites with little or no content for at least a month to overcome scam sites taking over the search engines. My site with all its content (over 500 pages) only ranks number 13,068,386 with Alexa. If your visitor numbers are correct, you should rank much higher, but you're not even listed.

For an accurate traffic count covering the past 30 days, go to your webs.com account and click the Daily Traffic Stats box. Click the link Step 2 (close to the top right) and select Custom Date Range. Now select 4th August to 3rd September and click okay. You can only view stats for a month but that will be long enough.

May I suggest that you delete the entire site and rebuild it to what you want before publishing it. Webs.com gives you that option.

I'm sure those comments are an attack, but whether you find the culprit is another story.

Let's all agree that you got off on the wrong foot by opening your site too early and by placing too many restrictions for access. The easiest and best way to gain credibility as a marketer (which you're trying to be) is to have something to sell and not be afraid to sell it.

I don't have time to help you, but I'm sure that someone will offer provided you have content for it.

I realise my site is a much larger project, but here is a little background information.

I started creating the site layout - the database, the design, the structure etc - in July last year.

I started entering data in mid November last year.

The site was uploaded to my server in early February 2009, but I kept it hidden from everyone until late March. This gave me time to establish SEO (Search Engine Optimisation), get rid of bugs and add an additional 200 listings.

I announced the site on these forums in late March, however I'd already had 1,100 visitors and 10,000 page hits from friends and Trainz colleagues who helped me sort out the bugs.

The site is actually open for business but I haven't had time to change the home page.

In the past five months it's had almost 5,000 unique visits and 90,000 page hits.

Until recently it took an average of five hours a day to create and maintain the site.

I've made just under five dollars in advertising revenue.

The hosting service and domain name cost me over AU$120 a year to service.

Nothing has been easy, but I enjoyed the challenge.
