Changing Passengers

I have changed the passenger set on my route, but the stations are still using the old passenger set. I added a new station, and it had the new passenger set. Before I go through the route and delete and replace twenty-odd stations, is there a way to get them to update automatically? I'm using TC3.
Thanks,
Mick Berg.

You can try deleteing the scenario, although you would lose any other changes you've made (such as default junction positions, named objects, initial industry settings, initial car loads, etc).

Redoing all those things would actually be more work than replacing the stations. It doesn't seem right, shouldn't the stations update? Maybe I'll make a note of this in the suggestions forum.
But before I do it I will change the passenger set a bit more, I've noticed that there seems to be an excess of very attractive young ladies using my route. Why would that be, I wonder?;)

No, changes* made to industries (including passenger depots) generally do not take effect for industries that are already placed on a route. To have the change show up, you need to delete and re-place the industry(s) in question.

* some changes do take effect without replacing the depot, but it's generally safer to replace the depot after every change.

Passenger numbers don't match

OK, I've done that, but now I have another question. I've removed the passengers that I don't want from the passenger asset's mesh-table, and now although about ten passengers board the train when it loads, only a couple are sitting in the coaches. I'm wondering if the numbers in the mesh-table of the passenger asset ("male01-stand, male01-sit," etc) have to be contiguous? Or what else might be wrong?
Thanks,

Look at how the station in configured in surveyor. If I recall correctly, for everyone to get onto the train, it needs to be set to something like 'end of the line' or something like that; otherwise, some of the passengers are waiting for the next train.

Well, they all disappear, they just aren't visible in the coach. I'm using Andi06's Station 1 x 50s, and I don't see anything like "end of the line" in the Surveyor setup. I wondered if it had something to do with the way I did the config files.
Thanks,
