Changing name of a Junction

New to TS2010. Built a simple route and now want to change the names of the various junctions on the route. I want to change the name "Junction 6" to something more descriptive, but I can find a way to select the appropriate junction and edit it's name.

New to TS2010. Built a simple route and now want to change the names of the various junctions on the route. I want to change the name "Junction 6" to something more descriptive, but I can find a way to select the appropriate junction and edit it's name.

In the Track tab, go to the Trackside Objects section in the middle. Click on the Question Mark on the bottom right, then click on the junction. This will bring up a Properties menu. The junction name is at the top. Change it, then select the tick. The name should change.

This works for buildings, trains, signs etc. Just make sure you are in the right tab for the object you want to re-name.

When you lay the junction use the ? and put your own name to it.

Select the track tab, then the track objects icon, then the question mark. With the question mark active click on the switch spline, wait for the dialogue window to open.

Great! I see how it works now. A little getting use to, but once I learn the software I think I'm going to like it. Time to upgrade to TS12 I guess.
