Changing Drivers

A question I hope someone can help me with.

I am running modern CP rail locos on Cayden's Mountains of British Columbia route and I am not happy that the default driver is some young kid with a beard and conductor's cap. I've also noticed that if there are two or more of the same loco (in this case RRMods' SD40-2 for CP Rail) the driver (the one with the cap) appears in only the lead unit

How can I change the driver in either the default for TS12 OR for the locomotive itself to something more "North American looking"?

If there a Quick Drive rule added then you can change to what ever driver is listed. Now if not then in edit session click that when openclick driver choose from list. save close.

I believe I may be misunderstood here. As far as changing the driver for each train using the Quick Drive and edit features, I use this all the time.

What I am asking about is the actual driver IN the locomotive itself. If I were sitting at a crossing in the simulation, I want to see an engineer in the hugh ES44AC wearing a blue shirt and jeans, maybe a safety vest but I don't want to see this skinny guy wearing his conductor's hat. Nor do I want to see him driving every train in the layout.

That has to be done by the creator or you changing it yourself in CCP.
