I don't know what you mean by "roll sing" but if you need to show a certain station or service statement, there are a few tricks.

I like my trains to show "Out of Service" when they are enroute to the yard. What I do is place a Track Marker somewhere and name it "Out of Service" without the quotes of course. Then when I arrive at the last station, I simply change my destination to the track marker and "Out of Service" shows as I terminate the passenger service.

This also works for stations where you use 2 different invisible stations, but you want only 1 station name displayed. Just place a Track Marker with the station name you want and change your destination to that track marker when you go to that station.

I hope this is what you wanted to know. Take care.

I think he's talking about the roll sign on a subway car. Normally you can only change that using the ? option when you place the loco in Surveyor. I don't know if there any subway cars that allow you to change the roll sign while in Driver. Anyone know if any subway cars can do this?

for an example i have an NYCTA R46 Overhauled car and i want to set a the command to change its route texture to a certain label but i cant because it says stations/industries and trackmarks and it doesn't say tables of destinantion.

I don't understand your problem. When you place the car in Surveyor and select ? and click the car then click on the "undefined" and select one of the listed destinations in the table. All of the options are listed in the R46 LCD Route Textures,<kuid:58843:1053> file.

Add the DestSignTable rule to the session. When you edit the rule, you could import the names from the rollsigns (only for vehicles already placed on the map, and using texture-replacement for rollsigns).
For vehicles using text for rollsigns, you could add any destination to the table.
