CD key

After installation I am getting a screen that says "enter your CD key".
where is this "CD key" I entered my serial number on the back of the manual but it would not accept it. So where do I find this alleged CD key??

Your CD key, should be on a printed sticker on the back of the manual, just inside the DVD case, or similar such places. If you bought the game from a shop, then I would suggest asking them where your CD key is, as a friend of mine recently bought TRS2010 retail, and like you, did not recieve a CD key. If all else fails, I'd contact the Auran help desk, and they'd be glad (I'm sure) to help you out.

I do have a sticker on the back of the manual but it is called a serial number not a CD number, it is a combination of numbers and letters and did not work.

Oh by the way speaking of passwords a friend of mine showed me his password it was as follows:

"MickeyMinniePlutoHueyLouieDeweyDonaldGoofySacremento"

When I asked why he had such a long password, he said he was told
that it had to be at least 8 characters long and include at least one
capital.

Asking help

I'm very sorry for my TS 2010. Because, the CD Key isn't correct and always says that please check that you are entering the english character. What should I do??
Please ask my question ....

A suggestion, one that many make (myself included!), is to misread the serial number. A zero (0) can look like the letter O, a 1 can look like a lower-case L (l) and so on.
