CD Code not recognized

I have entered the code on the back of the trainz Simulator 12 book several times but it comes up serial number not found. Have tried upper and lower cast letters but no good.:'(

Register it first in your Planet Auran profile. There are 4 different versions of TS12, so make sure you get the right one. Once you have it registered, you can just copy-and-paste it into the game's prompt. And if you ever have to reinstall in the future, the serial is right there in your profile.
