Just curious, while watching the fireworks in Long Beach, CA harbor over the last 4th of July weekend, I saw what I believed to be a car float leaving a location just south of the Queen Mary. The load was all white tank cars, I think, they could have been tanks on a barge. But from my angle and distance they appeared to be RR tank cars. Can anyone put more light on the subject?
