Cant log into DLS!

gettin bored of trainz
for some reason when i type my username and password on the forum i log in fine, But when go to the DLS i have to log in again, and it says im using incorrect password/username when i KNOW its correct what gives???
 
Working okay for me. Try closing down your browser, start it back up, then reload the DLS page and type in username and password starting from blank fields. If it still don't work possibly something changed the password, you'd have to submit a helpdesk ticket if that's the problem.

how would i submit a help desk ticket?
 
well i submited the help desk ticket. Where will they sand my responce?

Zec from N3V will send the responses to the email address you provided as well as to the queue in the Helpdesk submit form. There's a section on the screen that has a history of what goes on with the ticket. This allows both of you and him keep track of what's being done with the problem. I suggest that you check the queue in a day or two just to be sure that Zec responded and perhaps your email bounced. I also suggest that you check your SPAM or junk folder in your inbox just in case your ticket information went there.
