I don't know if some of you can help me. I bought the soft few days ago and choose download method to get the files. But after a lot of tryings (2 different computers, 3 different browser, ftp downloading...) I just can't get those files. Downloads are always interrupted for unknown reasons, or files are impossible to located, or downloads never start... Well, you can see the figure.
I never had any problems with downloads, so I suspect the files themselves, or the server where they are located.
I sent a ticket to Auran 2 days ago, but didn't receive any answer from them.
Any idea? Suggestion? Solution?
