Can't find my data like FTC Trainz ID etc

Can't find my data like FCT, Trainz ID, etc. I'm looking for my Murchanson 2 serial number. I use to be able to find this information under my profile. But now all I get is my forum profile.

Does this mean that I can't used anything I've bought via download?
