Can't Edit Objects In Explorer On Rebuilt Computer?

After my recent rebuild of my PC with new Mobo,PSU and RAM and W7 HP as the OS I tried to repeat something which I'd done before - Cloning an object, then opening it for Edit in Explorer, then using Photoshop to alter the colours.
However, when I do this now it doesn't open the object to show me the Config etc, but just opens "My Documents".
Anyone got any idea what I am doing wrong?

No. I have 2 hard drives and swapped them over using the previous D drive as C drive. I tried running TRS2009 from the "new" D drive and found that one of my 2 routes ran fine but the other was missing the Drivers from the HUD. Then I moved Trainz over to C drive and found that the problem was sorted.
BTW TC3 runs very sweetly with no problems which I am aware of , though I've not tried to do anything in CMP.

I've notice this when I run Trainz as a different user than I am logged in as. For example, I typically am logged into my system using a limited user account, so if I start Trainz with the 'run as Administrator' option, then I can't open in explorer or drag & drop files into CM. If I run Trainz normally, it works fine.
