why does Auran not recognize my serial number of my perchased Trainz 2012 on line download

Hi LarryTheLobster,

Welcome to the forums.

There are four variations of TS12 on the serial number registration page.

These are:

Trainz Simulator 12
Trainz 10th Anniversary Collectors Edition
Railroad Simulator powered by TS12
Railway Simulator powered by TS12

Try all four of these. If that fails, contact the Helpdesk.

Thats what hes trying to do though...

When registering your version of Trainz 12, I found that I had to do all of mine in caps. Also, where did you get your copy of Trainz 12?
