Can't delete bad download

I purchased the 3DZ DRG Class 5 001 from steam and it didn't work. (I'm trying to get a refund from Steam now). The 2 trains show up in faulty, but I can't delete it. It appears they are open for edit.

Is there any way to delete those two trainz that never did work. (seems it's missing kuid 2:212731:78009:2, and I'm unable to find that)

So my question is: how to delete something open for edit?

Have you tried reverting to original? DLC content should not appear as open for edit unless you somehow already had it previously from elsewhere.

No I didn't revert, I'll give that a try.
