Can't assign products to flat cars in TRS12.

I am learning how to use the LARS and Proto LARS systems and I was setting it up in surveyor TRS12. but when I get to the part where I'm supposed to assign the products to my flat cars it doesn't show any products in the product pop up ?
Now to make it clear.. I can do it with TRS10 just fine; But when I'm in surveyor and pull out the "train" tab in TRS12 and click on the question mark ( ? ) and then click on my flat car it brings up the window where you assign products to it. then I click on the plus sign ( + ) on the ONE item area it brings up the products pop up, and it comes up but there is no products listed on the pop up ?
Is this something that doesn't work anymore in TRS12 ?

This is a known issue. Check out my known problematic commodities thread in General Trainz for details of commodities that you need to remove if present.

You have faulty products. The list will tolerate some faulty products but will become blank if to many are installed.

Correction - the list will not tolerate any faulty products.

Look for 'rusty rebar-40ft'...if there, delete it; it is a known product killer.

O.K. I went into CM and looked up the following kuid'S

Asset : Rusty Rebar - 40ft - Load,<kuid2:447922:1084:1>
Asset : pit sand <kuid:506034:112000>
Asset : cement <kuid:506034:118000>
Asset : Wood Pulp (Bulk) <kuid:473136:1159>
Asset : Ammonium nitrate 88% <kuid2:68213:60005:1>
Asset : CD Cargo <kuid:459958:77003>
Asset : ACD Zelsped <kuid:459958:77004>
k-27 pilot beam <kuid2:43955:11006:1>

and I didn't have any of them installed.
So what is my next step ? Go into CM and delete everything that shows up with a red ( ! ) on it ?
or is there more to the list than what I have up above ?

If that's from my known problematic commodities thread, they are the only ones I know are faulty. Do check for commodities that are faulty or missing dependencies though.
