Cant add assets in Surveyor

Started route creating using Trainz 2019 tonight, when I try to add the following assets I get a double beep and nothing happens... - Portal - 25:1264, Portal Basic 30501:22006:5, CNR Baden Station 87145:28072.

I can add track, paint textures, etc just not add those building (There are others, just cant list them all!

Any help would be appreciated!

First thing to try - create a new route, place the item. Does it work?
If yes, then review what's different in your route.
If no, then check the status of the item in CM.

It happens in any newly created route, I even added extra baseboards to make sure I had enough space!

All items were okay in CM - no missing dependencies, no errors or warnings. It seems to be only scripted scenery so far as I can place all track marks, signals, rails and normal scenery assets.

So it's entirely my own fault!

I'm having an exploration phase as I've just got TRS19 installed on a new laptop. I decided to find the tracks I like and disable the rest.... From the one track I enabled this morning (had 15 minutes spare before walking to work!!) I can lay the powerstation again! So will look to enable the rest and see if that's the fix all round! Suspect it is.
