can't access posts i made in one of the maintenance-of-way threads and i'm not sure what to do.

(apologies for bad english / grammar) i've been having a pretty major issue with the DLS on TRS19 but it wasn't until recent when i decided to try and get support, or at the very least, see if anyone else has had the same issues. i made a post about it on general, and it got automatically moved to one of the MOW threads. fair enough, that makes sense. only problem is, i can't access it. i tried making another a few days later, this time posting it specifically to the MOW thread, but i also cannot access this one. both (of my) posts hit me with a "You do not have permission to view this page or perform this action." when i click on them. at this point, i don't really know what to do, i also sent an email to the helpdesk about the issue i've been having, but the email i received was just filled with things i either already tried to do / already checked, or things i can't do since i bought TRS19 on steam. the posts have a few replies, and i feel like i'm missing out on possibly helpful info, but i simply cannot access them.

Something apparently went wrong with your account or you are using the wrong account.

Did you register a version of the game to this specific account or are you using this specific account also as your in-game account? If the answer to neither of those questions is "yes", that likely explains your situation and I would advise you to use the forum with the account that DOES have either a game registered to it or is the one you use in-game.

If that still doesn't solve your problem, please contact the Helpdesk and complain about your forum access. To do so, don't email them but enter a ticket using the "Support" link found at the top of this page. Just keep clicking around in that question tree till you can enter a ticket, usually by choosing "other" on some options.

i've been using the same account for both in-game and over here at the forums, and it is registered to TRS19, so unfortunately it's likely not that, so i'll go ahead and ask the helpdesk for help on accessing my posts.
