Cannot log into DLS

I seem to be having a problem with the dls. Even though my forum account is working fine, the dls won't let me log in. The password and username are both exactly the same for the forums and dls. What could the problem be?

Seems to be OK now, probably a server glitch, there's another thread about the same thing same time.

Same problem - DS says I need to register name and number and log in; registering was done nearly four years ago and log in is rejected although correct.

im having the same problem
this along with the other problems recently is really making me think of
giving it up as a bad job

then thay say we wont be able to get trs2006 content without buying
a FCT after september

my computer wont take 2009 and later so im stuck inbetween a rock and a hard place

I finally was able to log into Planet Auran.
Then logged into the DLS again.
Both show No first class tickets available yet I have two.
Best to give them some time to fix this.

Logged in to DLS OK now and showing both DL tickets OK.
But will it stay that way????

I was on for the last few hours, but am getting the "Unable to download, the server appears to be full" error now.

This always helps the frustration, if you are unable to get on.

http://www.auran.com/planetauran/FTP_Status_Log.php If its green across the page then the problem is not the FTP servers

Thanks for the graph, but it is still down. I purchased an FCT a couple of days ago and supposedly that server is up, but it clearly isn't.
