cannot download engine sd 50 cdp file

hello to anyone:

let me explaine to you what happened. I downloaded an engine sd50 its 32 mb big saved on desk top. I started to download and it timed out. only dl 5 mb out of 32 mbs and the 5 mbs cdp file is saved on my dektop. I opened up the link for the sd 50 engine for a second time again and dl only 5mbs the same as my desk top. I went to my desktop and delete my engine sd50 cdp file and it deleted so I'm thinking it will dl the whole 32 mbs. well I click on the cdp file for dl and it downloaded 5 mbs how can this be because I have deleted the cpd file on my desktop so now how I'm I suppose to download the full 32 mb engine if the download is telling me its download 5 mbs. what else I'm i missing I check my trains surveyor and no listing of sd 50 engine. but it only downloads 5mbs is this file hidding some place I did not look into and deleted it from there?

Is the CDP from the DLS ... or a 3rd Party site ?

Install it with the DLH (Down Load Helper) aka: CMP - Manage Content.

Check if it is "Open For Edit" ... and "Commit" it !

Check for missing dependencies, errors, and that the CDP, and all it's dependencies are for trainzbuild 2.6, 0r a lower trainzbuild.

the engine is a sd50 cdp from rrmods I never had a chance to open it in cmp. I have deleted the cdp file from my desk top and when to download it again is says 5mbs time of time download 1 sec out of what 32 mbs its saved somewhere but do not know where its not on the desk top.

I usually download, and Save all my CDP's to my PC Downloads File ... and simply double click on the CDP file icon, and select: Open with TRS2006 CMP, or Open with TS10 CM

I've had this happen with RRMods and other sites from time to time. Usually though I'll get a different number of bytes downloaded each time before it stops. I was using Windows XP (SP3) and IE 7. I also have Google Chrome. When I downloaded with Google Chrome it download the full file. You might try that.
