Saw this loco in the background during a new story, could not figure out what it was but was finally able to determine it is the Cando CCGX 1204 Lithium Locomotive designed for zero emission switching.
" Cando Rail & Terminals has unveiled Canada's first battery-powered switching locomotive, a retrofit of a legacy diesel-electric unit, at its Southlands terminal in Edmonton on September 10, 2025. This lithium-ion powered locomotive, designated CCGX 1204, is designed for in-yard operations (IYO) and marks a significant step towards reducing emissions in the rail industry.
