Can not visit T:ANE forum

I have bought T:ANE but can not visit the dedicated forum of it. It shows as "private". What can I do to get access to this forum? Thanks in advance for the help.

What you are experiencing is a common problem / bug somewhere in the registration process.

They need to manually fix this with your account. Please send a ticket to the Helpdesk. See link at the top of this page.
