Can I find a connector.

I am looking for a connector to change a 4lane road into a 2 lane road. I used one once but can't find it again. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Thanks in advance.

What road? Many road systems contain converters however without knowing which one or the author of one it's pretty hard to assist you
