Can anyone explain this please?

Im wondering if anyone can tell me whats happening here. While thinking over a different problem I decided to have a go at understanding LARS. I didn't have the flatcar they recommended so I decided to use an alternative (which they mentioned in the tutorial). All went ok till I had to tell the flatcar what load I wanted it to carry. I clicked on the + symbol expecting to see a new window full of options. Well the window came up but it was empty. I tried several other flatcars with he same result. I then noticed the little red symbol with a bug on it in the bottom right hand side of the screen. When I click on that I get the following information:

I know its telling me I have a problem but I have no idea how to fix it. I have done both a quick and an extended database repair but come up with nothing. The problem continues. Im wondering if the game has corrupted and needs to be reinstalled?

No your problem lays within the flatcar or possibly the load itself.......
to fix this you ll have to check the car and the load in the CMP first for errors and if they are bad then you need to edit them in the CCP......the error messages will explain whats missing etc....
and if you cant fix it just repost the problem someone can explain it easier that way...

Check your commodities/products, you might have a defective product. List your products in CMP by the date you installed, first check if your have a product called "Rebar" is deleted it and try to load your FC again. If not, start removing your products your have downloaded recently.

This should be fun as all the flatcars gave the same error. Funnily enough I had only just installed LARS and PROTOLARS. So I guess I shall start there.
