Can anyboby join a session?

Hello everybody,
can anybody join to a session that is open?
Since yesterday the most people cannot join to a session that is showed in Multiplayer or at the route-menu. Build is 58414.
Some people yesterday can join, some people cannot join.

Actually is the same problem. In the game there is the session UMR 2014 started from Lewiscc65 and a session Debrecen to Nyiregyhaza started from N3V, but I cannot join.
When I click the session and then click the 'Join Session'-Button it comes 'Joining, please wait...' and I wait and wait and wait and nothing is going on.
Yesterday some people can join and some people not. And the people who can joining in the session have much problem with the performance.
What is the problem?

Tuesday, Wednesday, & today N3V is having problems with there server and have been working to fix it.
Yes anybody can join when the server is working right.

Yah, CMP has been having issues because of that, and even some stuff takes about 2 to 5 hours to download on CMP!

It can't effect CMP, that is hosted differently and it's own program, ever since the "maintenance" the forums and DLS go offline at the same time EVERYDAY.

I just noticed that today, it usually about 12:30 PM to around 3:30 P.M

One thing I forgot... the wiki is either hosted by wikia or wikibooks and the forum is hosted by vBulliten, separate from auran hosting...

Not strictly true. The wiki is not hosted by wikia/wikibooks (it uses MediaWiki software), and Vbulletin is the software used to power these forums, which are both hosted on SoftLayer servers.
