It's sad though once the vandals get a hold them. There was one parked up on an abandoned branch in Lawrence MA , which used to run along Canal Street. Someone purchased the caboose when the B&M or Guilford was disposing of them in the 1980s. and it sat in front of a business for years until the brats (used in place of what should be here) torched it. A quick check of Bing Maps shows that it's long gone, and probably hauled off for scrap. This was one of the many steel-sided cabeese that B&M owned and similar to those found on many northeastern railroads including the MEC, NH, and others.
