Cab mode tutorials

What do you recommend for learning to use the cab mode in Trainz 2010? I did the tutorial that came with it and got the train to run but when I tried it with another scenario, the train wouldn’t move.

Also, is there a way to print out the notes from the cab mode tutorial?
